Kenneth Woodruff

Kenneth Woodruff is our Production Manager here at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. He is a native of St. Augustine, FL and studied Civil Engineering at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. Kenneth has been our production manager for 4 years now and is responsible for supervising our restoration crews that operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Kenneth is IICRC certified and has provided his expertise and support through 5 hurricanes, including Panama City and North Carolina.
Kenneth brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every situation that he encounters in the restoration field, whether it be fire, water, mold, cleanup, restoration, or remediation. You can count on him to provide accurate, detailed, and trusted advice. In addition, he has extensive experience in working with insurance industry experts; ensuring that he can handle the insurance aspect of any job as well.

He is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible to each and every one of his customers.

Jeanette Kaminaris

Jeanette Kaminaris is our office administrator and ensures that our office runs smoothly.  She was Jersey born and raised and brings her over 30 years of customer service experience to us here to SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County.
She spent the majority of those years in the hospitality industry, Jeanette has been an event planner, caterer and a hotel guest services coordinator. When making the switch from hospitality to the restoration industry Jeanette said that “Immersing in a totally new industry is very exciting and it challenges me to apply my skill set to achieve new professional goals.”

Lauren Gamble

Lauren Gamble is our Sales Marketing Representative. She is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but has since been living in St. Augustine, where she joined our team here at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County.
Lauren has a background in sales and social media management. She is a Flagler College Alumni with a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and a minor in Advertising.
Lauren is actively taking SERVPRO online continuous education courses to expand her knowledge of the industry and is also a member of BNI Gold Rush.

Joseph Orza

Joey Orza is a restoration technician here at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County.

Before coming to SERVPRO, Joey was working in maintenance at a local condo association, bringing the skills and knowledge that he learned to our team. 

Joey has such a positive attitude and is always willing to step up in any situation. He has become such an asset to our team and is actively working towards his IICRC certification.

Gil Marcial

Gil is from Brooklynn, New York, and has been a resident in Florida for the past 7 years. He is a restoration technician here at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. 

Gil has been in the restoration industry for the last seven years and joined SERVPRO about 2 years ago. He joined the restoration industry because he likes working with his hands and helping others. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies and spending time with his 13 dogs (one just had puppies)! 

Tammy Dilda

Tammy Dilda is a job file coordinator here at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County 

Tammy is originally from West Virginia and moved to Florida in 1968.

She loves chicken, sweet tea and enjoys watching her grandchildren participate in sports in her free time. Her favorite place is a nice cabin in the woods. She was previously a restaurant manager and brings an amazing energy into the office with her positivity and her smile.

Marc Vallejo

Marc is one of our technicians here at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. Marc is originally from Chicago, Illinois and moved to Florida in 2011.

He loves tacos, pizza, Modelo and watching " The Dark Knight". He also enjoys playing pickleball and his favorite place is Barcelona. He previously worked as an Uber driver and in restaurants. Marc has been an amazing asset to the team with his sense of urgency, willingness to learn, and positive personality.

Amber Letourneau

Amber is a Recon Job File Coordinator here at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. Amber is originally from Gainesville, Florida and moved to St Augustine in 2005.

She loves Hibachi, Sweet Tea and watching " What Dreams May Come". She also enjoys adventuring with her family and visiting tropical beaches in her free time. She previously worked as a chef. Amber's dedication, reliability and great personality makes her an asset to our team.

Natalie Licata

Natalie is a job file coordinator here at SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County. She is originally from New York and moved to Florida in 2022. She loves seafood, water and watching Good Fellas.

She also enjoys driving and going to the beach in her free time. She previously owned a mold testing and home inspection company. She is always patient and willing to help and her humor always brightens up the room.
